Our Voice Asheville hosts the 2011 Walk a Mile in Her Shoes & we're helping gather 300 brave men to walk through our city streets as a part of the International men's march against rape and sexual assault and gender violence.

Hip Replacements is helping raise money and awareness by offering some of the most stylish shoes in men's sizes 10-13+ for only $15 each.

Aquila Theatre Troupe

Members from the Aquila Theatre Troupe (U.K. via New York) visited us today. They loved the "Local is the New Black" shirts & snagged up a couple along with a marmalade vintage cardigan, Peter Grimm Fedora paired with a vintage tie.

If you're so inclined, you can catch them this evening at the Diana Wortham Theatre performing A Midsummer Night's Dream. Their performance is sure to be as dynamic as their personalities!

Our friend Stephen Beili is headed to Rwanda with LEAF International to work with & learn from the people left as orphans after the 1994 genocide. There is more information here.
